AAAAAAAA! This is my mission impossible for tonight. I need to pack all my stuff in just 3 bags :S noooo!!!! It's definitely not possible. Flying back to LV.

Good evening! Today I post some proposals how to decorate your xmas table. For Christmas I choose silver, white and red colors because gold and black will be for NY eve :) Hope you all enjoy. Thank you very much for visiting and your comments! 

APPLE CAKE

This is really delicious apple cake I made thursday evening for xmas party at work. Everyone liked it! :)

Recipe

Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups cooking apples, peeled and sliced
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon cinnamon
3 teaspoons sugar
3/4 cup sugar
10 tablespoons butter, melted
1/2 cup chopped toasted pecans (I used almonds)
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon salt


Directions:
First: Lightly grease pie plate. Fill with sliced apples mixed with lemon juice.
Second: Sprinkle cinnamon and 3 teaspoons sugar over apples.
Third: Mix sugar, melted butter, and pecans in a separate bowl. Stir in beaten egg, flour and salt.  Spread over apples.  Bake at 175 degrees (C) for 45-60 minutes or until golden brown.
